Trip is now finalized.  We will take 3 driving days to reach Lander, Wyoming from central Ohio via Interstate 80. Along the way we will again revisit and seek new sites to explore on the Oregon Trail as time permits.  Once in Lander we will enjoy the crisp early morning air with coffee and  breakfast while taking in the beautiful distant view of the snow capped Tetons.

We will then drive some two plus hours to Jackson Hole check in the our hotel in town and then head out to the Jenny Lake Trail near the Tetons then back to town.  There we will explore the town, sit for awhile in the town square and dine.

The next morning we will head to Yellowstone and visit sites along the way to our 3 day stay at one of the Old Faithful Lodge Cabins.  Time allowing we will begin exploring the many geysers from just as many vantage points.  The next two days will include further exploration of Yellowstone via different routes taking our time to "take in" the total experience.  This will include day 2 visit to the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and the wonderful waterfalls in the area. Returned to Valley Forge to visit several areas missed on our previous visit.  The visitor center was helpful to understanding the entire camp experience.  With wall displayed visuals and text various aspects of the camp are explained.  From planning and building the camp defenses, camp food preparation, soldier entertainment, camp diversity to weapons all are neatly displayed.  Many authentic artifacts from the site are on display as well.

I have also added several pictures not included in the first set
